Dr. Prabhavathi R is a pediatrician specializing in neurodevelopmental and behavioural pediatrics, with an MD in Pediatrics and an IAP fellowship in the field. She is the founder and director of Future Foundation, a school dedicated to nurturing children with neurodevelopmental differences. With over a decade of clinical experience, she is committed to supporting children’s growth, development, and well-being through evidence-based practices.Director and founder of Future Foundation.

Dasari Anisha is a Clinical Psychologist, Behaviour Therapist, and Special Educator with over three years of professional experience in child development, psychological assessment, and behavioural intervention. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Madras and has extensive experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), developmental delays, and learning difficulties.
Anisha specializes in conducting psychological and behavioural assessments, developing individualized intervention plans, implementing evidence-based therapies, and providing parent counselling and guidance. Her expertise includes Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), behaviour modification techniques, functional behaviour assessment, social skills training, and adaptive skill development. She is passionate about helping children reach their full potential by addressing their cognitive, emotional, behavioural, and social needs through structured and child-centered interventions.
Throughout her career, she has collaborated closely with families, educators, psychologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for each child. Her compassionate approach, combined with strong clinical knowledge and practical experience, enables her to create meaningful and lasting positive outcomes for children and their families.

She's holding a Master’s degree in Social Work with a specialization in Medical and Psychiatric Social Work, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling. My academic background and fieldwork experience have equipped me with deep insights into child psychology, therapeutic interventions, and inclusive education practices. Driven by compassion and commitment, She believe's in creating a nurturing, structured, and positive learning environment that helps each child reach their fullest potential.

Arshiya Anjum
Arshiya Anjum is a dedicated special educator for the hearing‑impaired and Autism.She is been working in this field for 7 years, helping students develop communication and listening skills. Her work involves creating individualized learning plans tailored to each student’s level and needs.She use a variety of teaching methods, including visual supports, sign language (if applicable), lip‑reading strategies, and assistive technology.
Patience, empathy, and clear communication are at the core of how she teach and interact with students and families.She regularly collaborate with parents, audiologists, speech therapists, and other educators to support each child’s holistic development and monitor progress carefully, using assessments and feedback to refine my teaching approach. She believe in fostering confidence and independence in my students, so they can thrive both inside and outside the classroom. she stay updated with recent research, techniques, and tools in special education to offer the best possible learning experience.
