Dr. Prabhavathi R is a highly respected Pediatrician specializing in Neurodevelopmental and Behavioural Pediatrics. She holds an MD in Pediatrics and an IAP Fellowship in Neurodevelopmental and Behavioural Pediatrics. With over a decade of clinical experience, she has dedicated her career to improving the lives of children with developmental and behavioural challenges. She specializes in the early diagnosis and management of conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, learning disabilities, and other neurodevelopmental disorders.

She is the Founder and Director of Future Foundation, a center committed to providing comprehensive care, education, and therapy for children with neurodevelopmental differences. Under her leadership, Future Foundation has become a trusted institution that offers individualized intervention programs, inclusive education, and multidisciplinary support tailored to each child's unique needs.

Dr. Prabhavathi works closely with therapists, educators, and families to ensure every child receives holistic care and the opportunity to reach their full potential. She is passionate about promoting awareness of neurodevelopmental disorders, empowering parents through guidance and counseling, and fostering inclusive communities. Mouna Siddappa is  a special educator with over 15 years of experience supporting children, individuals, and families with special needs. Driven by empathy, compassion, and faith, she firmly believe every individual has the potential to succeed and thrive, she is a 

- Certified Special Educator (Rehabilitation Council of India),Master's degree in Social Work, Diploma in Special Education (DSE) and Post Graduate Diploma in Learning Disabilities (PGDLD), Play Therapist and  Certified Counsellor in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP),Certifications in Social Thinking and 

 worked with esteemed institutions like Head Start Montessori, The Valley School, and The Creative School.

Veena Siddalingappa is the Co-Founder of Future Foundation and a dedicated IT professional. As both a working professional and a parent of a child studying at Future Foundation, she brings a unique blend of professional expertise and personal experience to the organization. Her vision is to create an inclusive, supportive, and nurturing environment where children with autism can learn, grow, and reach their full potential. 

She is a dedicated Special Educator with 9 years of experience in working with children on the autism spectrum. her role focuses on creating and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) that address each child’s unique strengths and challenges. She  specialize in supporting the development of communication, Art and craft and academic skills through structured, evidence-based strategies. Over the years, She  have guided children in building confidence, independence, and meaningful life skills that extend beyond the classroom. She also believe in fostering strong partnerships with parents, caregivers, and teachers to ensure consistent support and holistic growth for every child. Her professional journey has strengthened her commitment to providing an inclusive, supportive, and empowering learning environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their fullest potential."

Mr. Sunil Kumar P is the Human Resources Manager at Future Foundation, where he plays a key role in managing and supporting the organization’s workforce. He is responsible for recruiting qualified talent, coordinating employee onboarding, processing payroll and benefits, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. He also works towards creating a positive, supportive, and productive workplace culture by encouraging effective communication and employee engagement. In addition to his professional responsibilities, he is also a parent of a student at Future Foundation, giving him a strong personal connection with the school community. Through his dedication, experience, and commitment, he contributes significantly to the growth of the organization and the well-being of its employees and families.

Devika Jayachandran is a Consultant Psychologist
and Clinical Hypnotherapist with a Master’s degree in
Clinical Psychology. She has experience working with
children, adolescents, and adults across both
educational and clinical settings. She has served as a
pediatric psychologist and school counsellor, supporting
children with emotional, behavioral, and developmental
concerns. Devika also has experience in individual
therapy, helping individuals navigate emotional
challenges and enhance their psychological well-being.
Her work includes psychological assessment,
counseling, and therapeutic support, with a focus on
creating a safe, empathetic, and supportive space for
clients. She is passionate about promoting mental health
awareness and helping individuals develop emotional
resilience and healthy coping strategies

Mahalakshmi has chosen a path that beautifully combines Computer Science and Inclusive Education, driven by a vision to use technology to empower others.

Her goal is to develop innovative digital tools that support children, especially those with diverse learning needs, in building essential skills, confidence, and independence. By blending technology with empathy, care, and a deep understanding of inclusive education, she hopes to create meaningful solutions that make learning more accessible and help every child reach their full potential.

Dasari Anisha is a Clinical Psychologist, Behaviour Therapist, and Special Educator with over three years of professional experience in child development, psychological assessment, and behavioural intervention. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Madras and has extensive experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), developmental delays, and learning difficulties.

Anisha specializes in conducting psychological and behavioural assessments, developing individualized intervention plans, implementing evidence-based therapies, and providing parent counselling and guidance. Her expertise includes Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), behaviour modification techniques, functional behaviour assessment, social skills training, and adaptive skill development. She is passionate about helping children reach their full potential by addressing their cognitive, emotional, behavioural, and social needs through structured and child-centered interventions.

 Anusiya is a passionate professional dedicated to supporting and empowering children with special needs. With over one year of hands-on experience in the field, she have developed strong skills in understanding and addressing the unique developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs of every child.

She's holding a Master’s degree in Social Work with a specialization in Medical and Psychiatric Social Work, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling. My academic background and fieldwork experience have equipped me with deep insights into child psychology, therapeutic interventions, and inclusive education practices. Driven by compassion and commitment, She believe's in creating a nurturing, structured, and positive learning environment that helps each child reach their fullest potential.

Arshiya Anjum is a dedicated special educator for the hearing‑impaired and Autism.She is  been working in this field for 7 years, helping students develop communication and listening skills. Her work involves creating individualized learning plans tailored to each student’s level and needs.She use a variety of teaching methods, including visual supports, sign language (if applicable), lip‑reading strategies, and assistive technology.

Patience, empathy, and clear communication are at the core of how she teach and interact with students and families.She regularly collaborate with parents, audiologists, speech therapists, and other educators to support each child’s holistic development and monitor progress carefully, using assessments and feedback to refine my teaching approach. She believe in fostering confidence and independence in my students, so they can thrive both inside and outside the classroom. she stay updated with recent research, techniques, and tools in special education to offer the best possible learning experience.
 

Shaurya is a skilled Pediatric Neurodevelopmental Therapist with over five years of experience supporting neurodivergent children in their growth, development, and overall well-being. She is dedicated to providing individualized, evidence-based interventions that help children enhance their functional abilities, build confidence, and achieve meaningful developmental milestones.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Shaurya is a certified yoga instructor and a passionate fitness enthusiast. She believes in a holistic approach to child development, integrating movement, mindfulness, and physical well-being into her therapeutic practice. Through her compassionate, child-centered approach, she strives to empower children and support families in creating a nurturing environment that promotes lifelong growth and independence.

Vittal Nagaral is a dedicated Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant who has successfully completed the RCI-recognized Certificate Course in Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant (CCRT). He has gained practical experience working in a rehabilitation centre and has served as a Special Educator in an autism school for one and half year,  supporting children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

He is committed to helping children achieve greater independence through individualized intervention, evidence-based therapeutic activities, and collaborative, family-centered care. His professional interests include child development, rehabilitation, sensory integration, and enhancing functional, social, and daily living skills in children with special needs.

Arpita is a Compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Physiotherapist with experience in assessing and managing children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), and Speech Delay. Skilled in early intervention, motor development, sensory integration, play-based therapy, and parent counseling. Experienced in conducting developmental assessments, planning individualized therapy programs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve children's functional independence and developmental outcomes. Passionate about delivering evidence-based, child-centered care and supporting children in achieving their maximum potential.

Anaida Komal Slim is a Psychologist with an M.Sc. in Psychology (Clinical) from St. Claret College, Bengaluru. She has gained clinical experience through internships at Ramaiah Medical College and Maarga Mindcare, where she developed skills in psychological assessment, Mental Status Examination, case history taking, behavioural observation, and CBT-based psychotherapy, while also gaining exposure to multidisciplinary psychiatric care.

She has also worked as an Autism Special Educator, supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder through the implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and ABA-based interventions.

Her professional interests include clinical psychology, child and adolescent mental health, psychotherapy, psychological assessment, autism, and mental-health research. She has actively participated in research activities and presented her research at MHECON 2026, NIMHANS. She is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based psychological support and contributing to the holistic development and well-being of children and families.

Gagan S, a passionate Program Developer in Digital Learning dedicated to helping children with autism and diverse learning needs reach their full potential. He is  specialize in developing engaging digital learning programs, teaching technology, and creative designing to enhance students' academic, digital, and life skills.
With 1.6 years of experience as a Technology Trainer at Serene Institution of Autistic Care, He had worked closely with children by delivering personalized learning experiences that encourage confidence, independence, and creativity. Beyond the classroom, He also provide freelance sports coaching, helping children develop physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and self-confidence through structured sports activities.
He hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from St. Joseph University and have earned several professional certifications, including the NCC 'A' Certificate, Training & Development Internship at Serene Institution of Autistic Care, Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC), NPTEL – Financial Management for Managers, and the Civic Club Member Certificate. In addition, he have been recognized for my sporting achievements, winning medals in athletics and cricket at both inter-school and college-level competitions.

Cindrella Alexander is a passionate and dedicated Special Educator committed to helping every child reach their full potential. With a Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) and experience working with children with diverse learning needs, She believe in creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where every child can learn with confidence.

Throughout her  journey as an Assistant Teacher and Special Education Teacher, she have supported children with physical, intellectual, emotional, and developmental disabilities through individualized teaching strategies and compassionate care. her goal is to empower each child by building their academic, social, and life skills while working closely with families and educators.

she believe that every child learns differently, and with patience, understanding, and the right guidance, every child can succeed. 

Manjula is a dedicated and responsible professional with over three years of experience as a Receptionist and Supervisor at a rehabilitation centre. her role has allowed her to develop strong skills in administration, communication, and team coordination while supporting children, families, and staff in a caring and organized environment.

She is passionate about providing excellent service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the workplace. From managing admissions, attendance, and records to coordinating with parents and handling administrative responsibilities, she take pride in maintaining a welcoming, efficient, and supportive environment.

With strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning, she strive to contribute positively to every team she work with. she  believes that professionalism, empathy, and effective communication are the foundation of quality service. 

Infant David is a dedicated and compassionate Academic and Program Operations Coordinator with experience in autism education. He is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment where every child feels valued, respected, and encouraged to reach their full potential. He works closely with educators, therapists, staff, and families to ensure the smooth coordination of academic programs and daily operations.

Driven by patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to child development, Infant believes that every child has unique strengths and abilities that deserve to be nurtured. He values teamwork, professionalism, continuous learning, and positive relationships, striving to create an inclusive workplace culture that empowers both children and staff. Through his dedication and collaborative approach, he aims to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of children with autism and the community they serve.

Dhamodharan is an experienced professional with over 11 years of industry experience. He worked for 3 years in the R&D Department at Mercedes-Benz, where he gained valuable expertise in research, development, and technical operations. He then served for 4 years at MSK Products Limited, strengthening his skills in manufacturing, quality control, and team coordination. In addition, he has 4 years of experience at Tata Electronics, where he was responsible for production operations, process management, and maintaining high quality standards. He also has experience in managing his own transport vehicles, demonstrating his entrepreneurial mindset and operational management abilities. Currently, he serves as a Supervisor at Future Foundation, overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring the smooth functioning of programs. With strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, Dhamodharan is committed to delivering excellence and continuous professional growth.

Vincent Pradeep A is a dedicated and motivated professional with a background in commerce he hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Joseph's University, Bengaluru and he has a experience in customer service, special education, administration, and program coordination. He began his career in consumer sales, where he developed strong communication, customer relationship management, and problem-solving skills while contributing to organizational growth.

He later worked as a Technology and Physical Trainer for autistic children, conducting computer education sessions, organizing physical activities, creating visual learning resources, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support children's developmental progress. This role strengthened his patience, adaptability, teamwork, and ability to work effectively in diverse environments.

Currently, Vincent serves as a Coordinator at Future Foundation, where he manages program coordination, administrative responsibilities, and the organization's social media platforms to increase awareness and community engagement. In addition, he works as a freelance Sports and Fitness Trainer, providing personalized fitness coaching and promoting healthy lifestyles. Proficient in MS Office and Tally, and backed by certifications in Management Functions (SWAYAM) and Account Executive (Skill India)and Diploma in Banking and Finance at St Joseph's community college,  Vincent is committed to continuous learning, professional excellence, and creating a meaningful impact through his work.
