Dr. Prabhavathi R is a pediatrician specializing in neurodevelopmental and behavioural pediatrics, with an MD in Pediatrics and an IAP fellowship in the field. She is the founder and director of Future Foundation, a school dedicated to nurturing children with neurodevelopmental differences. With over a decade of clinical experience, she is committed to supporting children’s growth, development, and well-being through evidence-based practices.Director and founder of Future Foundation.

Mouna Siddappa is  a special educator with over 15 years of experience supporting children, individuals, and families with special needs. Driven by empathy, compassion, and faith, she firmly believe every individual has the potential to succeed and thrive, she is a 

- Certified Special Educator (Rehabilitation Council of India),Master's degree in Social Work, Diploma in Special Education (DSE) and Post Graduate Diploma in Learning Disabilities (PGDLD), Play Therapist and  Certified Counsellor in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP),Certifications in Social Thinking and 

 worked with esteemed institutions like Head Start Montessori, The Valley School, and The Creative School.

"I am a dedicated Special Educator with 9 years of experience in working with children on the autism spectrum. My role focuses on creating and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) that address each child’s unique strengths and challenges. I specialize in supporting the development of communication, Art and craft and academic skills through structured, evidence-based strategies. Over the years, I have guided children in building confidence, independence, and meaningful life skills that extend beyond the classroom. I also believe in fostering strong partnerships with parents, caregivers, and teachers to ensure consistent support and holistic growth for every child. My professional journey has strengthened my commitment to providing an inclusive, supportive, and empowering learning environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their fullest potential."

Sutanuka Mukherjee is a Chief RDI Consultant, Special Educator, and Manager at this institution, dedicated to empowering children with developmental and learning differences. With a passion for creating inclusive learning environments, she specialize in implementing the Relationship Development Intervention (RDI) (Cit) approach to foster meaningful social, emotional, and cognitive growth in every child.
At Future Foundation, her mission is to guide families and educators in understanding each child’s unique potential, helping them build strong foundations for independence, confidence, and lifelong learning With years of experience in special education management, curriculum planning, and family coaching, strive to bridge the gap between therapy and real-life learning, ensuring that every child receives the support, structure, and care they deserve.

Dr.Sneha S Kolamkar,BAMS MD(Ayu), PGDiploma-SLD

Dr. Sneha is the proud mother of a wonderful boy diagnosed with autism. Driven by her passion for creating a more inclusive society, she is dedicated to ensuring that every neurodivergent child is accepted and supported. To strengthen her efforts, she has pursued numerous online and offline courses designed to benefit neurodiverse children. Her mission is to empower every child to grow into a responsible, independent, and contributing member of society, leading a life of dignity and respect

Mahalakshmi has Chosen a Path that brings together 

Computer Science and Inclusive Education with the goal of using technology to support and empower others.

Her goal is to create digital tools that help Children especially those with different learning needs to build the skills and confidence to be more independent  by combining technology with care and understanding.

 Rashmi Sindhi is a dedicated Clinical Psychologist and Special Educator with expertise in understanding through psychological evaluation and supporting the emotional, Behavioral and learning needs of Neuro diverse children.
As a Clinical Psychologist, assessment through psychological evaluation and develop effective intervention plans.
As a special educator develop  individualized educational programs tailored to each child's unique learning style to foster academic, social and functional skill development with an experience of 10 years working with neuro diverse children.

 Anusiya is a passionate professional dedicated to supporting and empowering children with special needs. With over one year of hands-on experience in the field, she have developed strong skills in understanding and addressing the unique developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs of every child.

She's holding a Master’s degree in Social Work with a specialization in Medical and Psychiatric Social Work, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling. My academic background and fieldwork experience have equipped me with deep insights into child psychology, therapeutic interventions, and inclusive education practices. Driven by compassion and commitment, She believe's in creating a nurturing, structured, and positive learning environment that helps each child reach their fullest potential.

Arshiya Anjum is a dedicated special educator for the hearing‑impaired and Autism.She is  been working in this field for 7 years, helping students develop communication and listening skills. Her work involves creating individualized learning plans tailored to each student’s level and needs.She use a variety of teaching methods, including visual supports, sign language (if applicable), lip‑reading strategies, and assistive technology.

Patience, empathy, and clear communication are at the core of how she teach and interact with students and families.She regularly collaborate with parents, audiologists, speech therapists, and other educators to support each child’s holistic development and monitor progress carefully, using assessments and feedback to refine my teaching approach. She believe in fostering confidence and independence in my students, so they can thrive both inside and outside the classroom. she stay updated with recent research, techniques, and tools in special education to offer the best possible learning experience.
 

Shaurya is a Skilled Pediatric Neurodevelopmental Therapist with 5 years of experience working with Neurodivergent children, Supporting them in their growth and development. In addition to her clinical expertise,

Shaurya is also a certified yoga instructor and a passionate fitness enthusiast. She believes in a holistic approach to child development, integrating movement,

mindfulness, and well-being into her practice.
